Terms & conditions apply. Membership and Warranty is underwritten and provided by Opteven and AA. All claims are subject to a £70 + VAT diagnostics / investigation charge. Succesful claims qualify for £70 +vat labour rate. A ‘fault’ is defined as a failed part only. Diagnostics fee, hotel expenses, car hire, key cover only available for cars younger than 10 years and/or less than 100,000 miles at point of sale. Unlimited claims up to the value of the vehicle. All investigations and any repairs carried out by an approved garage only. All faults must be reported to the AA with your policy number within 24hours of noticing the fault. No investigation or repairs should be carried by anyone without the prior consent of the warranty company. This does not affect your statutory rights.
